About Us

"Hasida Home Day Care" is located in Thornhill woods Ontario, Providing quality childcare for babies and young children with the highest level of care and education for children aged between 6 months and 3 years. We have a nursery school for two age groups: a group of infants and one for toddlers. Our nursery school staff is warm, loving, and professional. The Hasida Home Day Care, has been active since 2007 and is managed by Hasida Danan, Hasida is married with two children. "The dream to open the Hasida Home Day Care was always inside me". My dream came true with the birth of my first child. I felt that I can give a warm and loving environment for more children as I give my dear son. " There is a warm and a cozy atmosphere in Hasida Day Care.

Hasida Home Day Care is open Monday thru Friday. It’s core opening hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm/12:30(part time) except for Fridays and holiday’s eves, closing time will be 4:00 pm/12:30 pm. Also there are full-time and part-time places on offer, The Home Day Care operates all year long, no summer vacations, except for Jewish holidays and Canadian statutory holidays. Hasida Home Day Care becomes a summer camp during summer vacation; we continue with the same hours of operation, we simply add special educational and fun activities to our daily routine in order make our camp a happy and a supporting place to be.

We offer the children a wide range of fresh, tasty, nutritious, and healthy components of all the nutrients children need. At Hasida Home Day Care, we have fun while learning about topics such as; seasons, holidays, colors, shapes, traditional Shabbat, baking bread for the Sabbath, stories, illustration, exercise, English, French, music, Computer classes and much more.

Each child receives the needed attention and stimulation for better development, especially in his/hers early years when a child feels safe and loved, cognitive abilities of emotion and development occur naturally. My vision is to give the children a pleasant and a homey filling, to make sure that they are enjoying a variety of activities that are planned around their individual needs. Each session will give children the opportunity to interact with their peers and to widen their experience with activities involving children of differing ages and abilities. With different methods of activities, we instruct the children with positive behavior. Listening and respecting each other while teaching about hygiene and grooming to help the child reach their early independence. We have a rich language program which gives the child the right tools and a rich vocabulary, with their first language abilities. The children will develop the basic concepts that support self expression.
